Mission Statement
Glen Echo is a member of the Disciples of Christ. The Disciples of Christ is a movement of wholeness in a fragmented world. We are an accepting, loving, and welcoming church that has worked in the community to build relationship and serve Jesus Christ by showcasing love and community in our neighborhood.

Meet the Minister
Pastor Aaron Brunner joined the church in 2023. He has a heart and passion in ministry for liberation and work with the oppressed and marginalized. He has ushered in a change for the church to work toward ministries in intergenerational ministry, Youth and children ministry, LGBTQIA2S+ Allyship, Creation care, and in diving scripture for deeper understanding of God's love.
Pastor Aaron is married to his spouse Kayla, has three children Richard (11), Everleigh (6), and Isaiah (4). Aaron is finishing his Mdiv at Lexington Theological Seminary in 2027 and looks forward to serving Glen Echo for a long time to come.
